Women Change the World
Women change the world ââ¬Å"A woman is like a tea bag- you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot waterâ⬠, these were the well said words of former US first lady and leading feminist Eleanor Roosevelt. How many women do our lives comprise of, how many have we thanked. The daughters, the mothers,à the sisters, the fribblings ââ¬â friends like siblings, the wives, the aunts, the nieces, the grand-some things, the young uns, the teens. The women in ourà lives. Who love, lose, cry. Laugh, heal, thrive. Nurture.Create. Have we thanked them enough for the great changes theyââ¬â¢ve made? History is evident of the fact that its golden pages wouldnââ¬â¢t be as revolutionary as they are without the women that existed, that strived and persisted on for a change, for a difference. A glimpse into these chapters remind us that we have stood up and against barbarian acts, we have invented and discovered the unknown, we have written the unforgettable, we have chased the most feared, we have done the unbelievable, WE have made a change. The women who have been leaders of this race of change are boundlessly many, the writers, the scientists, the politicians, the mutineers but today we shall borrow the time to recount the glories and honor a few outstanding ones out of them. No 1. Everyday millions of people ride the buses of America; some prefer to sit in the front rows while others at the back. In the 1950s, Rosa Parks rode a bus to work five days a week. Even though black people had supposedly been equal citizens for almost a hundred years, the law did not allow her to choose her seat.Rosa Parks known as the ââ¬Å"mother of the civil rights movementâ⬠put the wheels of change in motion by refusing to give up her seat for a white man. That is what ignited the eternal spark of anti racism. No 2. Marie Curie was the first women to receive the Nobel Prize and the first person to win it for 2 separate categories. Her first award was for researc h into radioactivity (Physics 1903). Her second Nobel Prize was for Chemistry in 1911. A few years later she also helped develop the first x-ray machines. Marie Curie was not only a scientific pioneer, but also a social pioneer.Marie Curie: Overachiever, who cooked, cleaned, discovered radium, and raised a Nobel Prize-winning daughter. Her many accomplishments were not only astonishing for her time but have yet to be equaled in our time. No 3. Some books are timeless, and even though they were written long ago they are still enjoyed by modern readers. Jane Austen was an English novelist whose books, set among the English middle and upper classes, are notable for their wit, social observation and insights into the lives of early 19th century women. She was the author of several enduringly popular English novels, including: Pride and Prejudice, Emma and Mansfield Park. Jane Austen wrote at a time when female writers were very rare, helping pave the way for future writers. She made a ch ange by writing when women were forbidden to do so another pride to the long list of history makers. No 4: The patron saint of France, Joan of Arc received ââ¬Å"heavenly visionsâ⬠giving her the inspiration to lead the French in revolt against the occupation of the English. An unlikely heroine; at the age of just 17 the diminutive Joan successfully led the French to victory at Orleans. Her later trial and martyrdom on false premises only heightened her mystique. Joan of Arc achieved a remarkable achievement in her short life of 19 years. In particular she embodied religious devotion with great bravery and humility, her life helped change the course of French history. Her words of wisdom have gone down in history, ââ¬Å"One life is all we have and we live it as we believe in living it.But to sacrifice what you are and to live without belief, that is a fate more terrible than dying. â⬠à No 5: One of the most innovative fashion designers Coco Chanel was instrumental in d efining feminine style and dress during the 20th Century. Her ideas were revolutionary; in particular she often took traditionally male clothes and redesigned them for the benefit of women. In her own golden words ââ¬Å"Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening. She prided herself on her great taste, fashion and practicality combined with an awareness of what people wanted. It was this that made her the most recognizable name in world fashion. And last but not the least No 6: Devoting her life to the service of the poor and dispossessed Mother Teresa became a global icon for selfless service to others. Through her missionary of Charities organisation she personally cared for 1000s of sick and dying people in Calcutta. She was awarded the Nobel Peace prize in 1979.When Mother Teresa received the prize, she was asked, ââ¬Å"What can we do to promote world peace? â⬠Her answer was simple: ââ¬Å"Go home and love your family . ââ¬Å"Over the last two decades of her life, Mother Teresa suffered various health problems but nothing could dissuade her from fulfilling her mission of serving the poor and needy. Until her very last illness she was active in travelling around the world to the different branches of ââ¬Å"The Missionaries of Charityâ⬠. Mother Teresa was a living saint who offered a great example and inspiration to the world.Through the centuries, women have tried to be equal to men. From their position in the workplace to voting rights, women have struggled to gain equal rights. It is this struggle, this strive, this pain, this suffering that has made women so much more capable than they were once believed to be, these have given women the power and have ignited the flame that has gone on to change the world . Women, not only the handful that I have listed, but far more than these have changed and continue to change our world for the greater good, every single day.
Ebay Culture Essay
What is organizational culture? This indefinable combination of values, beliefs, and practice that a corporation posses, which makes the difference between surviving and thriving, succeeding and failing. Most large corporations typically have a strong culture with values and norms appropriate to the organizational purpose. In a big organization, sub-cultures also exist, division to division, office to office. In this part of this group assignment I will describe the organizational culture of one of the most famous internet companies in the world, which is also the largest marketplace in the internet ââ¬â EBay. Many articles and books have been written in recent years about culture in organizations, usually referred to as ââ¬Å"Corporate Culture. â⬠The dictionary defines culture as ââ¬Å"the act of developing intellectual and moral faculties, especially through education. This paper will use a slightly different definition of culture: ââ¬Å"the moral, social, and behavioral norms of an organization based on the beliefs, attitudes, and priorities of its internal community. Every organization has its own unique culture or value set. The culture of the organization is typically created unconsciously, based on the values of the top management or the founders of an organization. Organizational culture has been defined as ââ¬Å"a pattern of basic assumptions, values, or beliefs and norms of behavior. According to Oââ¬â¢Reilly, organizational culture defined as the values shared by members of an organization. These basic values may be thought of as internalized normative beliefs that can guide behavior inside an organization. If organizational culture is developed as an organization learns to deal with the dual problems of both external adaptation and internal integration, then values that enhance the organizationââ¬â¢s capability in these two functions should be useful for it. To the extent that members of an organization share the same sets of values, thought processes, and languages, they will have similar mind-sets and behaviors as they integrate their efforts inside the organization and adapt to environmental changes. Research has documented a variety of outcomes that are related to organizational culture. For example, organizational culture has been found to relate to organization growth and organization performance. Other studies have shown that its effect can be observed directly at the individual level, in outcomes such as commitment, resource allocation decisions, retention, and perceived attractiveness of an organization. Given the dramatic changes in both the external environment and the internal structure of worldwide organizations, organizations that emphasize cultural values that relate to external adaptation and internal integration should be more effective than those that do not. The character of any corporation or an organization characterized by set of values and principles by which the founders and the upper management run the company from its creation when itââ¬â¢s really begin to become part of the DNA of the company. I believe that companies form culture very early on and they get imprinted very early on with a sense of right and wrong. And it starts from the top. It started with the CFO, the President, and CEO. According to Whitman, sis he had innate sense that they needed at EBay to establish very early on what the code of behavior was going to be, what the code of ethics would be. EBayââ¬â¢s internal company culture was very dominant and strong. Even though its culture had great influence of its memberââ¬â¢s behavior, the culture encourages its members to feel more commitment. Employees were expected to be open and honest, to treat one another with respect, and to speak up if they believed they were not being treated in this manner. EBay functioned as being a nonhierarchical, democratic organization that encouraged ideas and feedback from all employees. The culture at eBay characterized as being open and low risk, where employees were encouraged to express their opinions despite their different points of view. Mistakes were acceptable, but employees were encouraged to truly learn from them. According to Whitman, unlike other companies where different views and opinions from the senior management were barely heard , at EBay they do not have ââ¬Å"punishesâ⬠attitude, meaning that there is no penalty for being on the wrong side of an issue or changing your mind in the face of better information. If an employee`s point of view contradict with his/her colleague when you end up convinced to be wrong, the culture is to appreciate your opinion and at the same time to come with the approach of: ââ¬Å"ok? hatââ¬â¢s smart. Youââ¬â¢re right. Letââ¬â¢s move on. â⬠In addition, As role models, senior managers had to act with a high degree of professionalism and respect. EBay does not encourage people who scream loud or pound the tables. At EBay, itââ¬â¢s pretty even-keeled culture. Sustaining its culture provide a better understanding of the strength of the culture. As EBay grew , in order to conserve the unique internal culture of the organization, EBay made sure it hires only individuals who fit with the culture of the organization. In order to emphasize the importance of its culture, EBay`s CEO Meg Whitman, met with new candidates and describe eBayââ¬â¢s values and to set expectations for how each employee would support and contribute to the companyââ¬â¢s culture. According to EBay founder Pierre Omidyar, experience was not the only quality they were looking in potential applicants, but for someone who really understands the significance of its both internal and external communities and that person should express its most respect to these communities. Moreover, measuring the community and organization very often represents a major challenge in terms of being sure the values and culture of EBay are being communicated correctly. Therefore, on the organizational side, they had to be sure they were hiring quality employees who fit with the culture; they could not afford to let that slip. Even though most well establish cultures resist changes, EBay was able to accept changes within its upper management and the way it works. For example, when Whitman arrived EBay she tried to make some changes because she felt they were needed the way the company goes and in order to adapt to these new changes. An example would be her trying to set up these meetings, but no one had a calendar. According to Whitman, at EBay this was a culture where appointments were not needed because of its small size ââ¬â there were only 35 people at the company. So she laid out a calendar and asked people to sign up for appointments. She did not appreciate the feedback; the employees did not like the changes. What ended up happening was that the employees who had previously worked in big companies signed up for multiple meetings, and the people who had worked primarily in start-ups didnââ¬â¢t sign up at all. Furthermore, EBay`s culture was designed to mirror its external community culture. Very important element of EBay`s culture is a respect for its community. It goes far beyond ââ¬Å"the customer is always rightâ⬠because eBay wouldnââ¬â¢t exist if it werenââ¬â¢t for its community The meetings helped Whitman realize just how special the chemistry was between eBayââ¬â¢s internal and external communities. EBayââ¬â¢s internal culture mirrored many of the characteristics of its external community culture in tangible ways: they were empowered to develop recommendations, and the company employed a nonhierarchical, team-based approach to problem solving. According to Omidyar this configuration was so important: Internally, EBay had to share the same values as their community because they indirectly influence the community in everything they do. Everything EBay put on the Web site, every press release, every utterance to the press, every corporate action, every deal, every partnership that happens in any part of the organization eventually trickles down to the community. EBay rely on all of its executives and then their managers to continue to communicate the culture. The message should trickle down to the very last employee, so that everyone really understands what weââ¬â¢re about and what our values are. EBay also encourage its employees to call the upper management if weââ¬â¢re doing something that is not quite right. EBay empowered everyone to be a guardian of the culture ââ¬â everyone.

Reflection on Training
I have enjoyed the support I have received from the home manager and my colleagues, in improving my competence at work and my personal and professional development. Keeping on top of my personal development has been by taking responsibility for my own actions I keep track of my training needs and look out for opportunities to attend additional training. I am aware that a lot of things keep changing in health and social care therefore I make it my responsibility to access up to date information via the internet, media and also from colleagues I try as much as possible to make myself available for in-house training sessions. My personal and professional development is also updated while learning from good role models like senior workers or whenever I am free to work along with other workers from outside organisations i. e. nurses, social workers and doctors. Accessing all the support I can get from working at Saffron House has been a great help. I attend regular supervisions sessions and an annual appraisal; this has formed my professional development and allowed me to be where I am today. Accompanying material: KFC Training Program My manager and I myself both agree on the most suitable training to enhance my training. I can tell from my relationship with the individuals that I care for that they are satisfied with the level of care they receive from me I receive feedback from them when I have done something so little but to them itââ¬â¢s huge I do quite often receive positive comments from families which is a huge boost because it means Iââ¬â¢m doing my duty right. I do receive supervision sessions every 3 months which is a time to get feedback from my manager of my work whether itââ¬â¢s satisfactory or not it gives me insight of areas of my job that may need improving and development. When I was employed by Saffron House I attended a 3 day induction programmes in which I was given a certificate of attendance shortly after this training I was given a development plan which my manager gave me a list of all the mandatory training that was essential to my role as care worker and which will be on-going throughout my time working as a carer. During the first 3 months I was on probationary period which gave my manager and co-workers time to see if i were competent to be a care worker and able to give the individuals what is essential. After my 3 months had lapsed I was given feedback on my competence, weaknesses strengths and expectations that were critical to my job role with constant supervisions it gave me the ability to eflect on situations that may have occurred where next time you could handle the situation slightly better or with no improvement to be made Now I am coming to the end of my level 3 I feel I have gained so much more knowledge not only from answering the questions but also the research that it does require I have thoroughly enjoyed doing my level 3 even if at times my head was completely baffled I will continue to move on and up and take all I have learnt with me and maybe in time if the opportunity arises add some more units to my 3.

Energy and society - Essay Example Large-scale federal regulation was then enacted which allowed individuals to construct generators and encouraged the power pools into independent system operators whose supply schedule was determined through auction, a move which further complicated the grid system, though no direct regulation of individual operators was put into place. However, following erroneous actions resulting in catastrophic far-flung blackouts in 2003, the Federal Energy Regulation Commission was empowered to impose new rules and regulations on grid management by way of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation which refined the qualification requirements and licenses needed for human operators (Wald, n.p.). b) Though Professionals in energy management are highly paid, complying with federal regulations requires a refined skill set including technical engineering knowledge as well as participation in ongoing education and training while maintaining valid licensing. The strict requirement for grid management work limits the scope of recruitment and there are only currently 6,000 (approx.) qualified professional in the United States. Besides the technical knowledge and skill required, certain personality traits encourage better performance in this work. The ability to function harmoniously with a group and maintain disciplined adherence to alternating 12 hour shifts and training while performing adequately in power distribution. These personality qualities are the same as those present in people who have previous experience in military settings, as they have these attributes innately and/or have already been familiarized with regimented scheduling and team skills (Wald, n.p.). a) Technical advancements coupled with environmental concerns have led to a new area of energy consumption which electricity distribution managers have had to compensate for in the fluctuating

Microsoft To Issue Record Number of Patches Essay
Microsoft To Issue Record Number of Patches - Essay Example To find the average of values in B3 and B4, a formula = (B3+B4)/2 is typed into, say cell E2, giving the4 average. Entering a value into the cell causes the value to be visible in the formula thus enabling it to be changed without edition of the formula. The easiest way to enter cell references into formulas is by typing the reference. To use values in B4 and B6 in a formula meant to calculate monthly revenue, one types in = B4+B6 then enter to get a result. However, it is much easier to utilize functions, which are algorithms that can be followed, by excel, to attain a result (Smart 5). To get the average of values in B3 and B4, one could type = then type the average functionââ¬â¢s name, followed by a left parenthesis, then the two cells. After typing a colon, excel discerns that one is defining a cell range. On entering the cell references, one types, a right parenthesis and then presses enter to get the result. Charts display a series of numeric data in the form of a graph in order to make it easier to understand enormous quantities of data, in addition to the relationships, between the data series (Smart 7). Excel supports many chart types that help one to display data in a meaningful manner. Charts have many elements with some displayed by default, and others added when needed. The display of the elements in the chart can be changed by moving them to different chart locations, adjusting their size or reformatting them. The spreadsheet consists of a chart area, plot area, plotted data points, category (horizontal) and value (vertical) axes, chart and axes titles, and data labels. After the creation of a chart, any of its elements can be modified. One can change the chart axesââ¬â¢ display, add data labels and titles, add a data table or legend, and apply a special option for every type of chart. To add a chart title, one click where the title is to be added, clicks chart title on the layout tab, clicks above chart, then types the

C-T-E - Essay Example The failure to identify, expressly, the conceptual model that a researcher used in his or her study leaves readers guessing within a studyââ¬â¢s conceptual context. It is not guaranteed that readers will guess the right conceptual model and they might end up not benefitting from such studies. Clinical judgment entails the use of information observed and recorded from a patient to make conclusions. This process helps in advising patients on how to improve their health. When promoting evidence-based research, clinical judgment involves patients in deciding the best practice to be adopted in intervention while taking into account their values. The situation is another thing that is considered in clinical judgment because different situations will come with unique sets of conditions. Clinical judgment is needed in different aspects in the clinical setting including communication, decision-making, therapy, and diagnosis (Kienle & Kiene, 2011). Continuous critical analysis, knowledge, experience, and practice are needed in the development of clinical judgment. These elements accounts for the differences noted between junior and senior medical practitioners in terms of their level of clinical judgment. Senior medical practitioners emphasize theoretical knowledge less than their junior counterparts do. Previous experience of cases and course of events is central to the level of clinical judgment exuded by senior clinicians whereas it is less important to the juniors. Senior clinicians are more likely to emphasize ethical and moral considerations when making clinical judgment more than junior clinicians do (Nilsson & Pilhammar, 2009). This made Kienle and Kiene (2011) to conclude that clinical judgment can be optimized and professionalized. This explains why new interns need intense supervision while on residency. Some interns have problems during clinical rotations and supervisors have to

Basic Video Streaming Problems Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words
Basic Video Streaming Problems - Essay Example However, there are several drawbacks related to the concept of video streaming. Video streaming has its limitations on the internet because internet does not give any surety of any fixed bandwidth, delay or packet loss. It works on a ââ¬Å"best effort serviceâ⬠(Apostolopoulos et al. 2002). These are considered to be variable factors that change with respect to the quality of internet connection. There have been many researches carried out over the years to induce more reliability and consistency in video streaming. These three issues are discussed in detail: As stated earlier, the bandwidth between two nodes is variable and might not be known. This variability causes problems in the traffic flow from one point to the other (Wu et al. 2001). If the sender sends data at a rate which is faster than the available bandwidth then congestion and low quality streaming is resulted. On the contrary, if the sender sends data at a rate which is slower than the available bandwidth then the receiver decodes a sub-optimal video quality (Apostolopoulos et al. 2002). A strategy to overcome this problem is to ensure a bandwidth that is acceptable to both the nodes; this can be done by estimating the available bandwidth and striking a balance between the estimated bandwidth and video bit rate transferred over the link. The degree of this issue varies from packet to packet. The variation in the delay of every packet depends on its respective queues on different routers. If there exist some variations in the end-to-end delays then it is known as delay jitter (Apostolopoulos et al. 2002). The main reason behind this problem lies in the fact that the receiver is designed to decode and thus display frames at a certain rate. Some frames may arrive at the receiver late due to this delay jitter; this can create a problem at the receiver because he is programmed to decode the frames at a certain rate. These late frames will cause jerks in the display of

Research paper - Essay Example Glucose meter machines are designed for diabetic patients, and it allows them to take control of their health condition. The discovery of glucose meter machines profoundly changed the manner in which diabetes and diabetic patients are handled. Health care facilities realized a substantial relief in terms of their workload relative to attending to diabetic patients. This technological innovation made health care provision easy for both patients and caregivers. The tool kit is fully equipped to make the patient self-sufficient in testing blood glucose level and administering the require dosage of insulin (MobileReference, 2007). Full reliance on health care practitioners by diabetic patients has been reduced to critical cases only. The ultimate effect of this discovery has been the realization of effective and efficient self-care that is essentially technology driven. Over and above this, patients have become more aware of how they can be responsible for their own health. Diabetic pati ents are taught how to use these devises, thus enhancing their individual exposure to medical practices. Being in a position to read, understand, and interpret machine readings has fostered good health among patients. As a result, these patients can now live longer by taking control and managing their health. Another point of effect relates to medical and health-related costs. Glucose meter machines can last for long, meaning that the patient will not have to purchase one every now and then. This reduces medical costs substantially. On the same note, the machine drastically reduces medical procedures in actual health facilities. This means that trips to the health facility are minimal, and so are the costs involved. Moreover, the use of these machines is timely, effective, and efficient (Lee, 2009). All these factors combined, glucose meter machines become affordable and time saving. Patients are saved queuing time at health facilities, thus making health care provision more persona lized, sensitive to current medical trends, and of high quality. Health care practitioners, on the other hand, have extended their knowledge base to the masses. This has promoted collaboration between patients, family, and the health care fraternity. The fact that life would be different without the glucose meter machines cannot be disputed. These machines marked a technological breakthrough that allowed diabetic patients to take care of themselves without necessarily having to heavily rely on family, friends, and health care givers. Without glucose meter machines, patients would face critical difficulties and challenges in monitoring their blood glucose level (Basavanthappa, 2003). This would result in more deaths related to diabetes as patients would have to visit health facilities to have their glucose level checked. Even without having to visit clinicians for glucose monitoring, patients would not know the right time to administer their medication dosages. As a result, the absen ce of glucose meter machine would critically complicate not only the lives of the patients, but also the work of health care givers in attending to diabetic patients. Moreover, the absence of these machines would result in the negative consequence of the already discussed effects. Ill health would become prevalent and the burden of health care provi

IT and the Next Generation Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2000 words
IT and the Next Generation - Research Paper Example The Japanese samurai used to regard the katana as a fundamental symbol of their heritage, but you just know damn well that they would have envied all these mechanised weapons like machine guns, tanks and bombers (not to mention nuclear warheads ââ¬â no offence, by the way, to any Japanese people who may be reading this!) that are so well recognised today. Information technology is no exception. And no-one would disagree that technology has its place in ââ¬Å"lighterâ⬠interests as well as ââ¬Å"get things doneâ⬠ones, such as personal entertainment. We were in awe of the television long before iPod products became released on the market. We actually live in an age where some people would feel embarrassed about being seen with a CD player in public ââ¬â I state this point to back up the claim that IT has unequivocally altered education programmes to a certain extent, in a bid to keep our children ââ¬Å"up-to-date.â⬠However, the advent of the whole IT thing i tââ¬â¢s by no means nothing but sweetness and light when you think more deeply about itâ⬠¦ read on and youââ¬â¢ll see why. ... Besides that several thoughts came from all which made the decision making process much easier as well as effective. New ideas and observations which came from various individuals were quite helpful while we did this study. Some of the possible derivations and observations from our study that we concluded have been summarized below. Main report IT and the next generation Although Iââ¬â¢m not a bona fide expert in IT or computer-aided education or anything like that, I do have my convictions in this area that I regard as important to share. Indeed, I would hope that Iââ¬â¢ve convinced in the last sentence of the previous section that IT doesnââ¬â¢t just have its significance as a classroom subject. It has considerable societal relevance. I look at children today and I definitely donââ¬â¢t need reminding that youth tend to regard the IT-related products that they possess as status symbols. It is especially obvious with mobile phones and, to a lesser extent, computer games ( Pokemon, at least, certainly took the world by storm). Even the well-known American cartoon series South Park has entire episodes that are parodies devoted to satire aimed at Facebook and computer games consoles, among other things. Of course, children are curious, so you shouldnââ¬â¢t be too surprised if your child relishes the prospect of learning about modern technology (even more so if they are made to believe that it is ââ¬Å"importantâ⬠i.e. how else would they keep up-to-date in society?). So maybe a good place to start would be to look back at the IT-related education I received as a child. Interestingly enough, my younger brother was writing programmes on a Commodore 64 before we reached pubertyâ⬠¦ but I can vaguely

Security Monitoring Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
Security Monitoring - Research Paper Example The greatest business threat to business infrastructure may not be in the form of an attack but may well be from an internal attack. In order to have a good security system they have to have a durable and large storage infrastructure. Multiple devices are used to reduce redundantly across the various facilities. Most organization uses PUT AND CUT operations in order to guarantee durability. Applications found in internal I.T include payroll, inventory, Human resource and general ledger, while other ecommerce applications are internet sales and marketing application. Storage infrastructures are vastly sturdy, and most organizations use Amazon S3. Sturdiness objects sustained via quick mending and detection of any redundancy which has been lost. For example, Amazon web services uses Amazon S3 to provide both levels, with evasions which only allows authorized access by the bucket control list. Access control list together with the bucket a control delete and gives permission to penetrat e in certain levels. Thus, the client sustains full control in regards to who have the capability to access their data, enabling them to carry out vital actions the minute a risk is identified. ... This certification gives the declaration that AWS has set up enough controls, which operate efficiently. This helps to authenticate the obligation to provide a world class cloud computing which is secure to both internal and ecommerce I.T applications. However the platforms allow the set up solutions which meet certain requirements for particular organizations. Data has to be transferred; most organizations store their data in an elastic Block store in various physical locations as part of services with no extra charge. Organization use simple database to prevent unauthorized access. The domain level controls which are provided by a simple database APIs which only allow an access which has been authorized by the domain creator. In order to have access to the database the data has to be controlled by the client (Martin p 246). All subscribe have full access of the system once she/he is authenticated a self-regulating access control listing which maps the domain to their respective to user controls. Encrypting data before sending it is another method used by the organization to safeguard data which is sensitive. In order, to save data from internal applications and other ecommerce applications, I would suggest that internal applications should operate in different databases to ensure that they do not share the same database. This will safeguard internal data against the third party, using firewalls would assist in preventing penetrates and hackers form organizations database. The rationale behind security in Internal and external applications is to have all the data secured and also ensure that clients who purchase goods online conduct secured transactions. In conclusion, web services are created to achieve set designs, which entails
